Situated in the attic, my room was uncomfortably hot, lacking proper ventilation with only a ceiling window. It didn't match the one I'd reserved, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the daily housekeeping was commendable, ensuring cleanliness throughout my stay. The hotel's free toiletries and consistent hot water were a definite plus for comfort. The included breakfast was decent, providing a good start to the day. The staff were notably helpful; I was particularly grateful for the receptionist who upgraded our accommodation when she saw our family's needs. Parking presented a challenge; the designated space felt cramped, making access tricky when busy. For its price point, Nova Residence is a clean and tidy option worth considering. While it might lack some luxury amenities like air conditioning or spacious parking, it suits those who prioritize value without disregarding comfort. Given my experience, I recommend this place cautiously, mainly for families or those looking for simple, accessible accommodation.
